Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Rimini S.r.l.,as Data Controller, informs about the data it collects and the methods used, in order to ensure respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, with particular reference to the confidentiality and security of the data being processed.
Collected Data
Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Rimini S.r.l. collects and stores your personal and identification data (such as name, surname, residential address, email address, courses of interest, nationality, gender, place, and date of birth, phone number) through the following channels:
- a) Compilation of forms;
- b) Paper forms collected during Open Days or other events;
- c) Access to the institute’s network and internet;
- d) Access to institutional accounts.
We can ask social media channels to send information about our courses based on their users’ profiles and in accordance with their data processing policies.
Purpose
Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Rimini S.r.l. uses your data for the following purposes:
- 3.1 – Contact you and send you information about our courses via email or phone in response to your requests;
- 3.2 – Aggregate and analyze the collected information to improve our educational offerings;
- 3.3 – Recontact you following a disruption in the switchboard line to provide you with the necessary information;
- 3.4 – Registering your data in our archives for educational activities and public relations purposes;
- 3.5 – Entering your data into our databases for archiving and student database purposes reserved for administrative, educational, and technical departments.
Data Retention
We will retain your data for 5 years from the last contact with you, unless you request deletion before that. After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.
For the purpose stated in point 3.4, the Institute will retain the records for only one year, after which they will be deleted.
For the purposes stated in point 3.5, your data will be processed for a duration of 5 years, after which you will be asked to provide consent again for receiving newsletters.
Data Security
The processing of your data will be carried out using tools that ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The processing is done on paper and through information systems and/or automated systems, and it includes all the operations or set of operations envisaged in Article 4 of the GDPR and necessary for the processing in question, including communication to the parties authorized to carry out the processing. The data in question will not be disclosed; however, they may be communicated to subjects, public or private, operating within the scope of the purposes described above.
Data Access
The processing of your data will be carried out using tools suitable to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The processing is performed on paper support and through information systems and/or automated systems, including all the operations or complex of operations provided for in Article 4 of the GDPR and necessary for the processing in question, including communication to the subjects appointed for the processing itself. The data in question will not be subject to dissemination; however, they may be communicated to subjects, both public and private, operating within the aforementioned purposes.
Only authorized personnel within the scope of the tasks assigned by Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Rimini S.r.l. can access your data. Some of your personal data may also be accessed by authorized personnel of ICS HO.RE.CA s.r.l., the company responsible for the maintenance of the Wi-Fi connection system within the Institute, and Instant Help s.r.l., the company responsible for the management and maintenance of the CMS of the management platforms.
Personal data will not be disclosed in any way and may be communicated and processed by duly appointed third-party processors, such as external collaborators and companies providing specific instrumental services. Personal data may also be accessible or communicated to subjects to whom the faculty of accessing your personal data is recognized by provisions of law or secondary or community legislation.
Data Location
The processing of your data will be carried out using appropriate tools to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The processing is conducted in both paper format and through information systems and/or automated means, encompassing all operations or sets of operations as defined in Article 4 of the GDPR.
The management and storage of your personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union, both by the Data Controller and by duly appointed third-party companies acting as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
Consent
The transmission of your data is optional, if you do not give your consent, you will not be able to be informed about our initiatives, nor will you be able to receive our communications through our newsletters.
Rights concerning your data
According to the provisions of the GDPR, Libera Accademia di Belle Arti di Rimini S.r.l. guarantees the following rights:
- Obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and if so, access the personal data (Right of Access, Art. 15).
- Obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you (Right to Rectification, Art. 16).
